Where do I find my digital downloads?

What if I was not signed in while purchasing?
If you were not signed in to your account when purchasing, a download link will be emailed to the email address you used when checking out (this is separate from the order confirmation email). You can also download directly from the order confirmation page after completing your order.

Do I have to print my purchased pattern right away?
No, you can download the title and print it when you need it. Once you have downloaded the file, internet access is not required to view or print the pattern.

What software do I need to view and print my pattern?
We do not require any special software to view or print your pattern, but do recommend Adobe Reader for ease of use when opening PDF files.

Can my download be sent to my mailing address?
We are unable to send Digital Downloads through the mail.
