Refund policy
Please contact us on our "Contact Us" page for return authorization BEFORE returning your order within 14 days. Products that have been opened or used including knitting and crochet sets are NOT returnable and NOT accepted. Products without the manufacturer's original packaging are NOT returnable and NOT accepted. Please contact us with any problems or issues, thank you.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days of receipt and inspection of items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on items they wish to return within 14 days of purchase for the following reasons:
Ordered wrong item - Refund
Accidental order - Refund
No longer needed/wanted/changed mind - Refund
Returned items must be in their original condition including all product inserts and parts. Items will be refunded with the original purchase price minus the original shipping.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns. No refund on original shipping charges. A $5 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund if your original order falls below the $75 minimum (after any discount) for free shipping due to item(s) being returned.
No Exchanges (due to high shipping costs). You will be refunded for your item(s) once we receive it back so that you may re-order what you like.
Broken or Defective Items:
We will replace any item arriving broken/defective as well as pay the shipping costs to send the new item out to you or provide a refund when a replacement is not possible. We MUST be notified of the broken item within 14 days of order delivery.
We will provide you with a return shipping label for your broken or defective item if we need your item back.
Broken or Defective Return Reasons:
Defective item/does not work properly.
Manufacturing defects or errors with product.
Item different from what was ordered.
My order arrived damaged or broken.
Please be sure to include your full name, order number, shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address. We want to be sure we are sending your replacement to the correct address in case of a new address change.
Warranties:
Manufacturers DO NOT offer lifetime warranties on their products. Manufacturers offer a warranty on their products against manufacturing related defects.
Their guarantee does NOT cover normal “wear and tear”, misuse or abuse. No product replacements for damage caused by needles, hooks, or cords subjected to undue stress such as severe pressure.
Due to the nature of wood, metal and on-going use, the printed size may wear off the wooden or metal portion of the needle and cords with use. Please note that this is not indicative of any defect in the product and will not be considered a cause for replacement by the manufacturer.
