Hummingbird Yarn is a small, independent business specializing in hand dyed yarn. Katy dyes the yarn from her home in Minnesota. They specialize in small batch yarns inspired by the northwoods of Minnesota.
With hand dyed yarn, there is a lot of variation, even if they were dyed together in the same dyelot.  We recommend alternating skeins as you go to avoid an obvious transition line.
